D Stanley Associates appointed to work on the prestigious Edinburgh St James Quarter regeneration project.

We are providing MEP support on the New Eidyn residential scheme which will offer 152 luxury apartments ranging from studio to four bedrooms, providing residents with authentic, high-quality homes within Edinburgh’s vibrant city centre. The St James Quarter development will provide residents with access to world-class retail, leisure, fitness and hotel facilities on an unprecedented scale for the city centre.

We are the retained M&E advisor for Native Land and Nuveen, first appointed during RIBA Stage 2 and now assisting with the delivery phase. The project is due to complete during December 2022.
