Haydock Park hostel redevelopment opens to guests

We are thrilled to have acted as the Project Manager and MEP Consultant on the redevelopment of The Lodge at Haydock Park Racecourse. The project team successfully transformed the hostel’s dormitory-style accommodation into 13 modern ensuite bedrooms.

In addition, the canteen area has been significantly upgraded and now features a new catering kitchen, servery facility and the space has been expanded into a beautiful new conservatory, offering guests stunning views of the Racecourse grounds and track.

Working with TJM Projects, AP Mitchell Building Group, Taurus Design Services and Ark H&S Consultants, we are proud to have played a part in enhancing the guest experience and creating exceptional spaces in this iconic location.
