Founded in 2014, DSA Consultants is a family-run project management and building services consultancy practice based in the West Midlands. With over 50 years of construction experience between them, David and Lucy excel at providing a professional yet personal commitment to their projects.

Since its creation, our practice has successfully delivered a number of prestigious projects across multiple industry sectors. We have built an unrivalled reputation for delivering arts and culture projects throughout the Midlands and continue to successfully deliver leisure, hospitality, residential, commercial and education schemes across the UK. Appointing DSA provides reassurance that your project will be delivered to the highest standard of design, engineering and construction.

Our team hold current Enhanced DBS Certificates and have the highest level of NPPV clearance (Level 3).

David Stanley | Director

David is a chartered project manager and engineer, with 30 years experience of delivering complex construction projects for private and public sector clients. He has the rare ability to fuse the technical requirements of high end, cutting edge, building services solutions with the practical design and delivery requirements of major projects.

Lucy Stanley | Director

MRICS MCIOB MA BSc Hons

Lucy is a chartered surveyor and builder, with a proven track record of delivering large construction projects. She has worked extensively across the public and private sectors, for both main contractors and end-user clients. Her quantity surveying roots make her a commercially astute project manager, enabling her to combine construction know-how with commercial nous.
