D Stanley Associates act as the incumbent project manager and building services consultant for Millennium Point and have completed a number of successful projects within the award-winning Birmingham landmark over the past 5+ years. The WorkPoint project involved the transformation of existing corridor and fallow space into start-up/incubator business units. The units, which accommodated 2 to 16 people, were supported by breakout areas, meeting spaces and catering facilities.
The Platform Project involved the redevelopment of the 350-seat auditorium and the lower foyer into a multi-purpose events and conferencing space. The existing facility was transformed into a large open-plan semi-private space, with a new built-in bar, presentation facilities and dedicated AV equipment.
