DSA Consultants were engaged by our valued and long-standing Client, Native Land, to help them deliver a significant £2.2m modification to their existing office accommodation. 

The project involved the formation of a new 6th floor and a remodel of the existing 5th floor office space.  The works included full strip out and replacement of all M&E services, working within a tight site.  The desire was to expose all services and to then coordinate new installations with the existing architecture to maximise ceiling height.

The project was completed in early 2021 and the modified spaces have been so well received that we are now in discussions with the Client about developing other floors in the same vein.
